Kino (Кино) is one of the most influential rock bands in Russian and Soviet music history. Formed in Leningrad in the early 1980s and led by iconic frontman Viktor Tsoi, the group blended post-punk, new wave, and socially conscious lyrics that resonated deeply with a generation seeking change.
