About us
Eurasia Baike (Eurasia 百科) is an open platform dedicated to exploring the rich tapestry of Eurasian cultures, histories, and ideas. Launched in 2022 in Romania, the European Union, we aim to:
- Bridge knowledge: Highlight the convergence, divergence, and interplay of nations, societies, and ideas across the Eurasian space.
- Catalog creativity: Curate information on films, books, and music from Eurasian countries, with a focus on Europe, Russia, China, Turkey, and Iran.
- Foster understanding: Provide in-depth analyses of cultural, social, and political dynamics—both within and beyond Eurasia.
- Translate worlds: Share translations of literature, poetry, and texts from Slavic, Iranian, Sinic, Turkish, and European traditions.
- Empower language learning: Offer integrated vocabulary tools and translation resources to help you explore Russian, Chinese, Farsi, and other Eurasian languages.
- Uncover connections: Explore historical and contemporary Eurasian cooperation as a foundation for modern global contexts.
